I have this hungarian R61, that my father bought at a gun show in the early to mid 90s: http://www.hungariae.com/FegR61.htm

From what I can tell from that website, it is a slightly smaller version of the FEG PA-63. I would like to put Wolff springs it it, and am thinking the P64 springs might be the same.

Anyone have any ideas?

After going through this forum, I am also going to have to get me one of these P64s!

Tough call. You could certainly try it, but be wary of that aluminum frame - inspect for any sign of unusual wear when using the P64 spring (if you can get it to install ok in your R61).

That is a really neat pistol. Did the spring break? Or do you just want to install a new spring? I'd stick with stock until the situation demanded a replacement.

Springs are fine actually, was looking for a little less recoil. I am thinking about shooting it in a mil-surp handgun competition in the spring, and a lot of shooting does wear on the wrist. But you're right, it really is a neat gun, shoots very accurately

get Pa-63 they springs will fit and wolf sells them , ppk springs are to small
