Reloading works great

Post by bbstacker »

I started reloading for my P-64. Handloader book loads don't have the recoil that Silverbear does. :)

Got a Lee case trimmer to carve down 9mm brass which is quite plentiful on the ground at any desert shooting site. You have to do a slight expansion of 9mm brass, but other than that, it keeps me burning powder.

I just reloaded my first 9X18 bullets today. I shot a phone book in the garage to make sure they would cycle. I realy appreciate all the advice I've received from this forum in getting me started into reloading. My next step is to get a case trimmer so I can cut down the 9 mm brass, like bbstacker mentioned. Glad to hear a few more have joined in!

Of course, I don't know what to say about you garage shooters, but have fun and be careful!

God bless, and straight shooting,

2 phone books wrapped in plastic, backed by 1/4 plate, and never ever shoot the same hole or near the same hole, twice. fixing the hole wasn't nearly as painful as explaining to my wife why her new garage has an extra hole in it. Later Don
