My sentiments exactly...

Engaging the safety really wouldn't be necessary with the stiff DA trigger.

Its harder to pull the trigger on one of these than on one of my revolvers and they have no safety.

I agree. I think that (the way it was written) the author meant "carried with the hammer down and the Safety [DIS]engaged." But I too agreed with everything he said...except maybe the recoil, but then again I have big hands and don't really mind it with stock springs.

I didn't learn anything new from this guy. No new info was presented that has not been expressed on here at some point in time.
