yes.

the slide on the P-64 is so farkin hard that Manganese Phosphate is the only parking that will hold.

But it holds well.

I soaked it in Remoil and wiped down the excess and I will guarantee you it will hold up better than most moly coatings and won't crack or chip.

I was finally able to see the photos, and I LIKE IT! A good parkerized finish is one of the best to me. There are a number of "shades" with parkerizing from the light grey to an almost black finish. The color has to do with the type parkerizing solution.

This finish really holds oil well and resist rusting. This is the type finish used on many military arms that hold up well. GREAT LOOKING PISTOL
