I just slugged my P64 and thought I would post the results. The slug came out .365.

you size your cast bullets to .363 and your barrels range from .363 to .366 in your P64. How does the size difference affect accuracy?

it doesn't these aren't rifle barrels , and the short barrels these guns weren't made to shoot past 30 feet or 50 feet

and all function perfect

You slug a barrel by driving an oversize (slightly) soft lead slug down the barrel with a wooden dowel. Measure the diameter and you will have the groove diameter of the barrel.
I use an unsized cast bullet and it usually works pretty well.
Cast bullets are generally sized .001 over groove diameter.

I use lead bullet sinkers like these to sulg barrels. Image the lead sinkers are softer and drive through the barrel easier.
