Hi all;
First I have to say this is the best forum, I just got my P-64 about a week ago, and I have found so much information here. I do have two questions that I haven't found the answers for:
1.Since the walther PP-PPK and the sig 230/232 are so much a like will the grips fit the P64? They probably won't but since I can't find where someone posted yea or nay I have to ask. Also would slip on grips from the above guns work?
2.I found where czak is pronounced "chuck or chock" but I can't find "makarov" I need something it rhymes with or something it sounds like. Maybe "mark-a-row? I guess I could just ask for 9 by 18 ammo.
Thanks, The other norm AKA impackin

impackin, welcome aboard!
Go to the home page and scroll down to the Buy, Sell and Trade section and you will find three members who make excellent composite and or wood grips. Too much to explain, you will have to see the web sites to believe how beautiful grips can be. Congratulations on your purchase, stick to 9x18 mac-ah-rov when you order ammunition. Never 9x18 Ultra or 9x18 Police!
Also 9mm short, 9mm Corto or 9mm Kurtz are all different names for 380 ACP and are not fit for use in your pistol regardless what others might tell you. The re-loaders and the monitors at the forum will all give you the same advise.
Good luck with your purchase, you are going to love it.

Thanks gunneyrabbit and norm for your welcome;
By pointing me to the "Buy, Sell and Trade section" I take that as no other manufactured grips will interchange. I'm sure glade to have had this site recommended to me, you guys & gals are great.

I've heard that proper pronunciation of Makarov is muh-CAR-ov. Most people stress the first part such as MAK-ar-ov which is generally the way you'll hear it. But if you want to be phonetically correct, it's the second syllable that you stress.

I think it's ma-KAR-off.
