Good Deal?

Post by justinwb »

Hi all, I am very new to the p64 but I stumbled onto a local deal that seems decent but I would like to get your thoughts on it before I jump on it. Here are the details on it:

As new Unissued Polish P-64 9x18 Makarov Made by RADOM in Poland. Comes with 2 mag's,(with finger ext.) Houge slip on cover, uncle mikes Holster. 75 rounds of S&B 9x18 and 25 rounds of Hornady JHP. He is asking $170 for all of it, here are some pictures:

What do you guys think should I buy it?

Thanks!

The ammo alone is worth about $40 to $45, so yes that is an excellent deal.

Great deal! It looks just like mine. I have the same grip. Image

With all of the accessories, You have well over $220 worth of value (or more).
I think you will love the P-64 for what it is. We all agree that it is one of the better gun deals to come up in quite some time. Accuracy is real good, and power is fine. Ammo is easy to find ,and comparable to about any "Standard" ammo. I enjoy my P-64 alot. Good Luck! I hope you get it! G

Trent,
I did cut it shorter to fit. You can see at the top (by the trigger guard and the "horn" area) where it is cut at two angles. It has a small wrinkle at the back top where it fits into the web of my hand , but is not noticable while shooting it. It could fit better I suppose, but has been no problem at all this way. It is comfy, but honestly, it isn't much for padding. I am going to slide another piece of foam into that area to thicken it down the backstrap. Someday. lol
It really does provide a good grip and I am happy with it.
The Hogue model that I have is for the walther ppk, sig230,etc... @ $5-7 bucks. Good Luck! G
