Nice Holster
I got this Don Hume for my Makarov but tryed my P-64 in it first. Now It is my P-64 holster. One thing about IWB, for me I wear my belt tight, that is what holds the pistol in the IWB holster. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7197124115&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&...

But with the Makarov they always, usually, included the original red star grip. If you look at yourp-64 left thumbrest grip...

Skeleton holster
It has a belt loop on the back. I really do not see a practical carry use for it. It has been suggested that the belt loop was removed and the holster fastened to furniture (as required) for "undercover" use. Under a table etc.

Mine came from AIM marked TG KNOX TN and is a 1976.Hey Cruiser, what year is yours? My dealer got my 1976 from SOG, and it is unissued with flat grips.

Don't count on flat grips. I noticed that the left grip with the thumb rest is newer and has a differant checkering than the right. These were added to meet import rules. Sporting gun? I would dearly love to get hold of a left flat grip! Anyone?

AIM has them for $139.00. I have one and I am sure it was unissued. Your gunshop should be able to order one for you. I believe SOG still has them also.
