I was very shocked to come back and see that there has been a AD that had resulted in a injury.

re:"And the stiff double action trigger pull would act as a great “Safety” if carried with the hammer down and the Safety engaged. The shooter sure isn’t going to “accidentally” pull that double action trigger. " My sentiments exactly... Engaging the safety really wouldn't be necessary wi...

Re: New Member, New P-64--Ammo Advice
Well after burning up some MAK PM firing pins with Wolf 9x18 Ammo I have learned not to trust the Russians anymore. I think they are sweeping the floors to get cartridge loads these days myself. Probably not as much as some of you folks, but I have fired several 1000 rounds of Russian ammo without ...

Re: Finally got my P64 to the range
Now since replacing the hammer spring will effect both the DA and SA trigger pull, I don’t to replace that either because the last thing I want to do is lighten the SA pull any more.! Many of us leave the hammer spring alone and figure the heavy DA trigger pull is kind of like a safety. P-64s are g...

I've bought plenty from them. Wolf, Silver Bear, Brown Bear -- all 92-94gr -- it all works. Never a problem although the Wolf is dirty.waltham41 wrote:http://www.sportsmansguide.com/net/brow ... =958&stk=1

Just because somebody calls himself "gandermountain135" doesn't necessarily mean he's connected with them.ronnyreagan wrote:I live in Green Bay... I'm not surprised by this. Last time I was at the Gander Mountain here I saw a used Kel-Tec P3AT for $300 when the other local shops have them new for $250.

Hello everyone. I just finished changing out the springs in my P-64 and P-63's a couple of days ago I saw an interesting comment on another gun board. Someone said you shouldn't go with stronger than standard recoil springs because, when the slide goes back forward, that stronger spring will make t...

Just got a set of TT33 from him this AM Any problem getting the grips to fit where the Romanians placed the safety? My Yugoslav TT has its safety so that it slides under the back corner of the left side grip. I have a feeling these grips may need a semi-skilled woodworker to deal with the various s...

that is the wattle with red shellac finish. they look even better in person what a change they made in the appearance of the TT33. Thanks. Looks like a Romanian Tok. Looks like the slide has a slightly different finish starting just above the slide release. True? My Romanian is still at the FFL hol...

steel case vice brass case
My P-64 doesn't like steel case ammo. The slide will not come all the way back sometimes. It comes to with 1/4" and stops. This means the trigger doesn't reset. It doesn't do that with brass ammo. My PA-63 doesn't care. I was wondering anyone else had experience this problem with steel ammo. I...

Last Fiocchi I bought, the salesman swore was American made. I found Fiocchi USA in Ozark Missouri on internet and they say they have a manufacturing plant which loads shot shells and centerfire bullets and they do list 9MM Mak in their product line. I always thought it was all imported from Italy....
