Re: Please Compare Bulgarian Mak and P83

No unfortunately. I asked and they would only let me buy one additional mag per gun. I called a couple of times and talked to different people before I ended up buying just to see if somebody would sell me more. As I posted above, I did order several from theGun Broker seller BlackBlade posted and I...

Re: Please Compare Bulgarian Mak and P83

I don't have a Mak but I love my P-83. I also ordered some of those mags (from GB) and while it took about 3 1/2 weeks, they are in fantastic shape and worth the wait. I handled a few Maks at a gunshow and they were quite heavy compared to the '83 but I do intend to get one at some point. I don't th...

Re: Man, I see why everyone is changing out their grips!

The P-83 and the CZ-82 are great pistols. There are several P-83 posts on the site. They are a little larger and heavier than a P-64 but they are quite accurate and hold two more rounds. J&G is the only place that has them that I know of. The CZ-82 is also very accurate and has been available fr...

Re: Big wants small wallet

The P-83 is basically the same size as the CZ-82. It is a little thinner since its single stack. Seems to be basically same weight as well. I have all three and love them all. The '82 and the '83 are more "comfortable" to shoot if you're looking for lots of range time. The '64 is easier to...

Marschal grips???

How do these grips hold up over time? Do they need any special care? I am looking at ordering some for a few of my pistols, but I'd like to know before I do and I know some of members on here have had them for awhile.

Ammo prices. Wow!

Ammo prices are still higher than I like, but some guys at gunshows are unbelievable. I have seen dealers selling boxes of ammo for nearly twice the price that you could order it for, even with shipping, and the ammo on their table is way more expensive than all the other guys in the building. Probl...

AIM has 9x18 guns

The forms have been sitting on my dining room table. I just need to get the ball rolling. I guess I am afraid my wife will divorce me when all the C&R's on the list start moving in.

P-83 or CZ-82?

I would recommend the p-83 to anyone thinking about one. Great feel in the hand and an accurate shooter.

P-83 or CZ-82?

Thanks for all the input. I bought one of the p-83's from J&G and my ffl had a CZ-82 for an unbelievable price so....got em both, it was obviously meant to be! Finally got to shoot them today. Both are fantastic. Very accurate and comfortable to shoot.

P-83 or CZ-82?

P-64 is a 1967. One of the TN guns imports. I acquired it in a private sale. It's still stock and I've put about 200 rounds through it. Had a few feed issues but I'm still looking for its preferred ammo. I do intend on getting another at some point. And I love my Cubbies and diehard Saints fan too. ...

WELCOME THREAD AND MEM, INFO

Greetings from the Bayou. Been reading the boards for awhile but haven't posted and never introduced myself. I have a p-64 and I'm looking for more. I am a big fan of Polish firearms. Great site.
