Welcome to the group. It does kick a tad, but accurate, slim, and fits the hand well. I EDC mine, it is comfy. Carry a couple extra mags.
Remember, one is zero, two is one.
...ie, everybody needs 2! LOL!

Great site here to learn about the P-64. Carry loaded with the safety on. Look into a Wolffe spring kit if you want a better DA trigger pull.
My EDC is a P-64.

It won't hurt to get a qtip in all those hard to reach places, and use enough FrogLube.
