Crossbreed - Will it fit?
I have a Crossbreed SuperTuck for my Kahr CW9. It is very comfortable. My Makarov pistols fit in it very well also. But I have the US Gunleather (Dick Funk's) IWB holster for my P-64. I wouldn't take for it! If I could order a Crossbreed specially made for my P-64, I wouldn't do it. I would stick wi...

ammo for home protection?
I don't use 9x18 ammo for home protection. I use 20 gauge, 45acp, 357mag, 9mm, 38 spl +P, depending on where I am when there is a home invasion. For carry purposes, I use Silver Bear JHP in my P-64 and Hornady XTP in my Makarovs. In the winter, I use Bear FMJ in my P-64 to compensate for heavier clo...

wolf ammo?
One box of 50 Wolf cartridges convinced me not to use it further. I had changed out the hammer spring on my FEG PA-63 and had a few light strikes. I believe Wolf has harder primers than Brown and Silver Bear. I've used 1,000+ rounds of Brown Bear FMJ and Silver Bear FMJ and JHP in my P-64's, PA-63's...

What is the date on your P-64 ?
I have a '72 round hammer and a '76 triangular hammer. Got 'em from J&G Sales a few months apart. Both are absolutely beautiful. I carry the '72 and the '76 is in the safe.

CHESTNUT RIDGE SUPPLY?
I have bought various things, including brass, from Chestnut Ridge. Super service and the product has always been as represented or better. I just bought a S&W model 64, 4" pencil barrel revolver from them. I should get it by mid-week. IMO this husband and wife team are very trustworthy. I ...

John, I have used them a lot. Their service and product is always excellent. When I buy ammo online, they are my first choice.

PA-63 Safety/Decocker Problem
After about 400 rounds and still having the problem, I called CDNN last Friday. Told them of the problem and they are sending shipping tags to my FFL. Now THAT is what I call a Full Warranty! It won't cost me anything except possibly an FFL transfer fee. CDNN said they would test a replacement pisto...

Is the Recoil Really that BAD??
Welcome, nala I have 2 of the P-64s. I put the Wolff 20 lb. recoil spring in each. I have never had a moments trouble with either of mine. I have 2 FEG PA-63's, 4 Makarovs, a CZ82 and various "modern" handguns. I shoot the P-64 pistols more than all the others combined. For me, they are ex...
