Actually bzinggg, that's the old Mesko - sorry for not mentioning that. If the new Mesko is different I'll post the results this weekend.

CZ told makarov.com that they would not make any more of the polygonal 9x18 barrels. The tooling is shot and they don't want to re-invest in new setups.
