Not sure what differentiates "early" from "late". My P64 is a 1972. I've bought several extra magazines without regard to their age. All work and all look the same, to me.

My CZAK has a hard-chrome job (by Mahovsky's), all NOS replacement springs, and a set of Marschal grips. That's about as "far out" as I care to get.

It's a simple job to remove the "pinky extension" with a bit of grinding and sanding.

How well does it hold up? Will a trace of oil (as a result of normal gun cleaning) have any effect on it? Is it reasonably resistant to chips and scratches?

What the H... is going on with all these "trollers" or "spammers" or "phishers" or whatever they are? There must be some holes in the firewall, somewhere.

Or do like I do and just shoot single-action.

Granted the P64 is not super-common, but if you download a copy of the manual I would think that any competent gunsmith should be able to figure it out. And parts are readily available on gunbroker.com from a fellow in Poland.
