Age is not a factor, welcome and not only to this forum! There are many here who know more about these firearms than I do at 33 and you at 72 but please share your experiences with your new gun. Get to know it and ENJOY yourself! Nothing silly about that.

Original or Not?

I have to admit that I am torn, on one hand I have the feeling that I should enjoy it as and leave it alone tame it not tame me. However the other part wants to tinker and personalize. I have decided that I will leave it alone until I am certain. I do enjoy seeing the nice pics some folks have poste...

Original or Not?

I am curious with all the talk about altering the P-64 does anyone appreciate and love this gun in it's original form? I don't wish to offend folks here but does anyone else out there keep the P-64 original and adapt to it or does everyone change it to fit you. Just a thought and if someone really &...

Another FNG

Very nice and welcome, before you change her up give it a try as is. I like mine the way it came from the factory. In my opinion for what it may be worth shoot it as it was made before you alter it, but either way have a lot of fun!! Thanks and keep us posted>

Some time back, here in Ohio a state senator sponsored a bill SB308, as of now I have no more information since I was contacted to testify in my state capital(Columbus) has anyone kept up with this? Also please share your state...

For those of you that carry the P-64...

I keep four hand guns loaded in the house, my P-64 is in the holster and in the morning when I leave I just put it on as part of my regular leave- lighter, wallet, keys and gun. If I unloaded and locked it up it really wouldn't make much sense if we had a breach at home! I go to great lengths to make ...

My 1968 P64

Hey I have a 1969 P-64 and I think it is pretty tame the recoil also. Does anyone know did the plant in Poland change up the plans throughout the years and do we know was it planned or just the way things went under those circumstances? It seems to me from what I've read from all the folks that ther...
