Of course Wolf Springs is supposed to come out w/new mag springs so I guess they'll offer the 5-10% stronger. Ev...

Saands you all over it brother. Let us know how far it chunks hulls w/"heavy" recoil n light mainspring. I started making a list a few weeks ago of all the springs I need so I can order in 1 felled swoop. Now I'm trying 2 justify the expense as it adds up.....

Vermonter: Anyway, by my calculations, the HK spring mod stored 20% more energy in use than a factory spring and has about 15% more force than factory when the slide was fully retracted. The HK spring helped tame the recoil, but the P64 still ejects cases with complete authority ... we aren't talki...

Yep just a couple of minutes ago I'm readin' the forum n hear some commotion in the carport. I grab the 64 that's laying on the bar beside me. I'm likin' that sheetrock idea. I carry a small box/carton & cut "targets" from feed sacks. 3ply sacks cut in half gets me 12 targets 2 a sack. Ducttape 2 box n draw a circle w/magic marker or get fancy n affix 1 o' dem orange official target stickers.

I'm guessing they'll use Walther mainsprings coz they work n then all they have 2 work on is the recoil springs. We'll see what shakes...............
