Oh, they sell to individual consumers? And overseas?

My grips are screwed. (CZ999 Compact)
I've got a Zastava CZ999 Compact. You've read the title, you probably knew that by now. The CZ999 Compact has grips, as most pistols do, and these grips are held down with screws. Screws for a flathead screwdriver. Screws with really shallow heads. I've stripped the one to hell and back, and I'm sti...

Re: Increased magazine capacity
Maybe, but I can't tell what year(s) mine came from. Except the one from KeepShooting. That one may be post-'72, but I'm not pushing it any harder than I have to. It hasn't malfunctioned yet and I'm not testing my luck.

How big is the dovetail on P-83?
https://www.xssights.com/Products.aspx?CAT=8222
XS Sights has this Big Dot set for the Bulgarian Mak's dovetail, will it fit the Wanad? Can't imagine they had a standardized size for sights, even though all the factories were gov't owned.

Modding regular mak mags for P83 use
Is it possible? I've seen vids of people demonstrating that you can fit a mak mag into a Wanad, but it's not tall enough to ride.

Re: "Tear down this wall!"
That decocker bugs me. The hammer falls well before I've pushed the lever all the way up. Anyone ever had an issue with it going off while fondling their decock?

Just got it in today, from J&G. I'm never not happy paying the extra for Hand Select, I tell you what. http://i.imgur.com/Z93dveb.jpg http://i.imgur.com/L7Rfx1e.jpg http://i.imgur.com/hu3lx0p.jpg http://i.imgur.com/tyOvVbR.jpg Notice here, that whomever this was issued to, he cut a notch down th...

Re: 1987 Wanad with a green trigger
Mine's got a green trigger too. Which fits, since it snaps like celery on the DA pull. Very nice.

Show us your refinished Maks
Every so often, you get one of those guns that you think "I'm never going to re-sell this, I don't care what it does to the value, I'm going to make it my own". Any of you ever refinished or duracoated your maks or wanads or whatever else? Got photos?

Re: Alien Gear for P-83
I think I will. There was enough demand for a P-64 shell that they done one up.

Alien Gear for P-83
How close in size and shape is the P-83 Wanad to the Makarov? If I ordered an Alien Gear holster fitted for the Mak, would the P-83 fit right in? Only thing I can see being a problem is the way the P-83's frame has a fuller "chin" under the barrel than the Mak, if that makes any sense. I w...

Re: Detailed takedown of P83
A bit late, but thanks! I was thinking about getting a Wanad now that people have them in stock again for a while, and I know my gunsmith is going to want a manual when I ask him to strip it and degunk it and reblue it for me. Super useful!

WANTED: Wood furniture for Armscor M5
If you're not familiar with it, here's a good review on it. I've seen photos of wood buttstocks and foregrips in the wild, I've seen the parts in the Numrich catalog (albeit out of stock), so I know they exist, and that I'm not crazy. But when I last wrote to RIA, the response was "We don't ha...

What happens to Armscor/RIA now?
Now that President Dunderhead shot a great big Yonkers Y'ello! to the USA? [EDIT] Well apparently he's turned right around and said "No, that was a statement of protest, we're not really cutting trade ties with the USA". And the Armscor websites are back up now, too. How very mysterious. B...

Re: Review (kinda) of KeepShooting P64 Mags
I finally got a chance to try the damn thing now that the broken pins have been replaced (unrelated issue). To KS's credit, the materials they use are quality metals. The action of the slide during recoil did my grinding and resizing of the lips for me, and the rest of the mag hasn't distorted or be...
