My DickFunk Holster for P64
The following is my opinion of a IWB holster I purchased on Monday from Dickfunk. This is the black model previously known to me as his third attempt. Quality materials were used and the fit to the pistol is excellent. The P64 sits up high enough for comfortable sitting and after 5 hours I hardly kn...

My New Range Report
After having my P64 for two weeks, I finally got it out to the range. Two things to get out of the way...DA pull is as bad as all have said and the recoil is pretty brutal. The webbing between my thumb and forefinger is actually swollen after 200 rounds. I had no FTFs, no jams etc. My first two maga...

Available Data for FEG SMC-918?
Thanks Norm. I was just curious how the SMC-918 stacks up against the P64. I occasionally see comments about it but now that I am looking for data I am not finding a lot. Essentially I am looking for size specs, opinions on quality/shootability, and availability of purchase..

I think I regret trading my PA 63
I typically get mine at AIM or another on line source for about $175 - $200/1,000. If you haven't gone that route, it is worth considering.hairypolack wrote: It's a good carry gun IMO but for some reason I have a hard time finding 9X18 ammo where I live.

Available Data for FEG SMC-918?
Can anyone recommend a source for data on the SMC-918? I am mainly interested in its stats relative to the P64. Of course, if anyone here actually owns one I would like your comments on perceived quality, "shootability", availability etc Other than at Makarov.com, I find only passing refer...

CZ-82 Questions
I have had my CZ82 for over a year now and really like it. The trigger guard is a bit large - I read it accommodated the wearing of winter gloves. The CZ shoots very nice and not very much recoil or 'snappiness' of some other pistols of its size. Trigger pull, both SA and DA, are very nice. No need ...

Small mfr. of one off Holsters
OK, I was going to post pics but I didnt realize until recently that unlike other sites, I cannot upload from my computer. So until I set up an account and upload pictures to a site, I will just say that the JMG holster appears to be very good quality and fits the P64 like a glove. It is certainly w...

Count me in as well. Your last attempt looks outstanding. Have you worked with leather much in the past or is this truly trial and error?

I was anxious to upload a couple photos of my new P64 and holster from my hard drive earlier this week and realized it doesn't quite work the that way here! I will try to set up an account on a file site and participate as well.

Holster for P64
Manicmechanic, your the Man! Thanks. That answers my question. Curiously, the search function seems to continually fail me on this site and I am at a loss to understand why. In fact if I search for Desantis or holster etc I come up with one hit if I am lucky. In fact I have searched for words in my ...

J&G Import Markings
My P64 is also a 76 marked PW Arms of Redmond Wa as was my CZ82 from AIM purchased in 2007. Many of the surplus pistols I see on the web have the PW markings. I agree with 6x6pinz, that picture appears to be a file photo but it certainly made me think twice about buying from J&G. If I were them ...

Holster for P64
The JMG IWB holster for the PPK/P64 seems to be good quality and the pistol fits nice and snug. I would give it high marks for the price. SWD, www.ccwsupply.biz seems to have a nice selection. Thanks for the tip. Lastly, if anyone carries in-pocket can they recommend what brand I might want to consi...

Thanks for the heads up to the rest of us. Purchasing from unknown individuals is always iffy for me to begin with. Policing our favorite sites will keep it safe for all of us.
Thank you.

J&G selection
My P64 arrive today from J&G in pretty good condition. I was so spoiled with the pristine condition of my CZ82 from AIM last year that it took me a moment to realize the P64 was in pretty good shape. I have cleaned/oiled her up good and put some photo-luminescent paint on the front sight blade a...

Small mfr. of one off Holsters
I ordered from JMG last week and should have my holster tomorrow. I'll take a pic and advise how it fits with my new P64 in hte next several days.
