You need the 9x18 dies. The makarov has a dia of .363-.365 so I don't think that would fit in your lugger die. That is why they make a special die set. I've been using Lucas brand gun oil they make all sorts of auto oil products. So we carry there gun oil at the parts store I work at. Cheap and easy to find. Works good too. Made to hold on the surface without turning gummy or tacky. 1st time I seen it was last summer.
