Re: Great, consise info video on the P64...I learned alot

Remember he's an FNG. The you tube guy didn't say anything I didn't already know, but cut some of these people some slack. THE thing that's great about this place IS IT'S TOLERANCE and peoples willingness to educate each other. If we don't have that, we're AFU and I don't ever want too see that happ...

Re: Buffalo Bore 9X18 Coming Soon

Wow!! Great piece. As the writer said 'He's going to make some people mad, or be sued. So bet what he's saying is pretty close to the truth. I'll look at the next smith a lot closer. But, on the other hand the only smith I own is the 642.

Re: P-64 for hunting

robalan, I used to have a H&R 999 .22lr top break revolver. I used to try and shoot fuzzy tailed tree rats with it, was only successful about 2/3's of the time. I traded it, now wished I hadn't. On my property 10 acres of oak woods in Florida, the gray little suckers are all over the place. My w...

Re: Buffalo Bore 9X18 Coming Soon

The hard cast I'm not interested in, but the hollow point is a different story. On the other hand since I got my order of Speer Goldots it will be a while before I'll need more JHP's. More than likely need more FMJ first.

Re: One for the good guys!

Well, all joking aside (I do like to see dirtbags get what's coming to them). Yes, this is a dedicted forum, but armed resistance CCW is primarily what the P-64 is all about. It's the reason a lot of us buy them. Most of us are not really collectors, some are and that's fine. But, I think most of us...

Different Moods Taurus 431

.44 spl is hard to beat. The 431 being heavier than my CA Bulldog is I'll bet a joy to shoot. The 246 grn lead are harder on the hand than the 200 gr. 'Silver tips' that was with 'stock' grips it's better with Pacs. I thought about buying a new 2.5 inch barrel bulldogs. But I heard there are quality...

Gander Mountain P-64 for sale

You sure can't pause when it comes to a good deal. I was in WAL-MART early one sunday morning. This was during the storm season in Florida, we had just had four back to back storms the year before. They had a 10k generator with electric start for $398.00, called the wife, told her we couldn't pass i...

Safe Carry with chamber loaded?

If it bothers that much use a 'Wheel Gun'. I 'Thumb Cock it' as soon as it's clear, shooting being the 'ONLY REASON' I'd pull it in the first place. But, mostly if I carry a revolver it's my S&W 642, one less step. But, have carried my CA 3" Bulldog .44spl.
