Average price
Hey Cruiser, what year is yours? My dealer got my 1976 from SOG, and it is unissued with flat grips.

Best ammo price?
Forgot to add that I use Fiochhi 90 gr FMJHP for my MAK carry, which is pretty hot. It's good quality stuff. Good, but not as hot is the Hornady 95 gr XTP JHP. For cheap practice, I currently use Bernaul, and Norinco. No problems, and most will be ok if your gun is ok. I pay $8-10 a box locally, sin...

New grips for my P 64
Grea job, but I don't have that talent. For those like me, the Hogue Co. tells me that their Hogue Handall Jr, # 18,000, will fit the P-64. Midsouth shooter supply sells it for about $ 6. This pull-on rubber sleeve might alleviate the slide pinch. Gonna try it. Midsouth # is 800-272-3000.

Replacing the mainspring for lighter DA pull
And for raypol, your spring sound like one for me, but have you tested it at the range? I'm waiting for one that doesn't need the "gunsmith trim", and really functions reliably with ammo.
This one sounds encouraging. Please let us know.

Replacing the mainspring for lighter DA pull
Hey polyanarch, you forgot to mention which spring to order.
Any idea what the DA pull wt. was reduced to?

Welcome!
Read on another board that the Wollf spring was a PPK replacement that wasn't the exact diameter needed.
Is this one really an exact P-64 replacement? Has anyone tried it?
