I don't always carry this knife but often do. It's a Buck. The handle has a rubber insert that has a good feel.

Can't see the front sight in that photo but it's there. It's small like the P-64. You can see it in this photo.

After gun show hunting this morning and driving to 4 gun shops this afternoon I finally came home with a new Springfield Armory Champion 1911A1 GI model. I can't wait to take it to the range.

I went to a gun show in south west Ohio today. I only saw one P-64 . It came with 4 magazines and a box of Norinco ammo for the asking price of $320. ouch! I saw one very rough looking Makarov for $289.00

rmeron, Here is a link to aftermarket magazines. They've received mixed reviews by our forum members. It seems that some work fine while others create feed problems. I have shot alot of Aguila 38 special that I got from Aim Surplus. I have had no problems with it but I shoot it out of a revolver. The price was a very low $8.95/box for hollow points. They are sold out of the 38 special now however.

bfleming, I'd say you did good. I gave $165 over a year ago at a gun shop. Now and then one pops up for maybe $20 less but if you got a like new P-64 for $179 you did'nt overpay.
