Curly is correct. The vz.52 pistol is notorious for breaking firing pins if dry-fired very much.

They were? I have a vz.52, a vz.50, a vz.70, and two vz.82s and none of them have a number in a circle. The vz.52 pistol does have a "T" in a circle on the barrel. Maybe you mis-typed.

Re: P64 arrives today

Welcome to the forum Mitch. Plum slides, frames and othe parts are due to an issue with the bluing solution being a bit off. Have to disagree, Curly. I've had a Bulgarian Pistolet Makarova and a Beretta Modelo 1934 hot blued and both had some parts which "plummed" after a while. In both c...

Re: P64 arrives today

Just arrived. I'll post pictures later. The slide appears to have a hue of purple to it. Is that from the original finish or probably a refurb done at some point? Might have been re-blued or it might be original. Some steel tends to "plum" after being blued. It's not unusual and is no ref...

Re: Opening of FB Radom USA, in Texas coming soon.

This does remind me of a question which I keep meaning to ask. Was there some significance to the old firearms plant in Bulgaria (where the Bulgarian PMs were made) being "circle 10" and the plant in Radom, Poland being "circle 11"? Was there some sort of numbering system which t...

Re: Opening of FB Radom USA, in Texas coming soon.

The good news is that FB Radom finally noticed there is a large civilian gun market in the US. The bad news is that the Radom factory went through a bankruptcy in the early 2000's so while FB Radom is the direct historical descendant of the earlier Radom factory it is no longer it's legal descendan...

I've tried several different holsters and don't think that you can beat one of Robert Mika's creations. http://www.frontiernet.net/~akim/

Re: CZ82 DA Problems..........

Glad you got it working. I have a CZ 82. I liked it enough that I bought 4 CZ 83's for my kids in 380. I had one problem with mine. While cleaning it, the pin for the trigger guard pin fell out. The trigger guard fell out & the slide release spring came out. WHAT A PAIN to get it back in! Someo...
