What can you say, P-64 is a great gun and this is a great site made up of great people!!!I would be afraid to try and estimate the amount of knowledge on the little Polish gun that is on this site.

PA-63 a pain to shoot

I have a PA-63 and it has the factory springs still in it. No complaint about the way it shoots or about the recoil. I guess its all in the shooter and what he/she finds uncomfortable. It ain't no one handed shooter thats for sure. All in all IMO its a fair gun.

Ammo to go

I was planning on finding out if I liked this ammo or not. If it shoots good and I like it I do plan on buying a larger amount. You are right buying small amounts is a great savings so bulk is the way to go. Thanks for all the info. I'll let ya know how it works on my 64's, OK?

Ammo to go

They charge $7.76 for the 2 boxes that I got. Shipped from brenham tx. to columbus, ms. I don't know if it is flat rate or what. It's still cheaper than what I can buy ammo around here. Not use to a one shop town. Came to Ms. for family reasons. Oregon is home 4 or 5 gun shops there. Guns and ammo c...

Ammo to go

I don't know if anyone has delt with a company called Ammunition To Go, but I ordered some Silver Bear from them. I gotta say shipment was prompt and the price was, imo reasionable. ($7.95 for a box of 50) I have never used this ammo but thought I would give it a try. Ammo here is around $18.00 per ...

P64 update

dana, if you shoot it you will become addicted. After I shot mine I bought another one, then I bought a PA-63 just to see how it shot and if i could get my hands on another P-64 I think I would have to buy it too. Good luck on your gun and may many more follow.

Minor problem with slide lock

Good deal Norm, I think I want to change out the frecoil spring. I kind of thought that might be the culprit but I was'nt sure. I think you confirmed my feelings. Thanks again Norm.

Minor problem with slide lock

Norm, I noticed when I took apart the 64 the recoil spring was on correctly. Little end first. Is this something I need to figure out so it does'nt happen again or do you know of something else that can cause the slide to lock up.

Range Today...OUCH!

Hey Carguy, I was shooting yesterday and had some fair targets none really good. This guy walks up and asks what am I shooting and I show him my 64. He asks if I mind if he shoots it once and I say go ahead. This guy puts five rounds in the black at 30 ft. looks at me and says "nice shootin lit...

Minor problem with slide lock

OK Norm, I whacked the slide with a mallet and it jumped right into battery. Is there anything I can do or need to do to keep this from happening again? Any idea what caused it to happen in the first place. Thanks for the help Norm, you are a saint!!
