We have had firing pins reported to have broken, possibility of jamming in a way the pin could stay exposed.

Russ much appreciated work on your part. Will check fit on 64's meant for regripping. Pretty sure all are post 1969, I do have 2 1968's but wasn't intending on changing those out as they are consecutively numbered unissued examples of the pierogi pistol. Just put a drop on the threads, and you may want to use purple instead of the blue. Not quite as tough to disassemble.

I have 2 of the MKIII 22/45's and what I did to help make it easier tear down and more for reassembly was replaced the trigger pin bushing with those from a MKII and removed all the mag disconnect guts. Still a little bit of a hassle, but no more put the mag in, take the mag out, put the mag in and ...
