Re: New 9x18

Thanks Nick. For some reason I've been drawn to the FEG line. Got some others I'm targeting but it may be difficult to find them.

New 9x18

Got myself a FEG SMC-918 w/ 2 mags. It now accompanies my FEG SMC-380, and FEG MK II APK. Next on the radar is the two-tone FEG R61 to match up with my FEG PA63.

Re: P-64 grips and spring changes

:hi: Welcome the forum.
I didn't change the FP spring when I did the same set up as yours. I have since reverted back to the stock springs on mine. The PI grips are nice but he has a new set of grips coming out I'm interested in seeing.

Re: Decocked Broken?

Wow. I just tried mine with snap caps and it works with or without a round chambered. I had the same issue with one of my P83s. Once the hammer is cocked the decocker stops dropping the hammer although it moves the FP out of the way. I can drop the hammer using the 1911 method of squeezing the trigg...

Re: WELCOME THREAD AND MEM, INFO

Eastern part of Wyoming. South of Gillette on Hwy 59. Can't miss it. Lots of antelope and naked sheep in the grasslands around Wright.

Nice place though. Hoping to get out there once I retire to see a cowboy friend of mine, well sort of. :P

Re: Slide stuck locked back (possible easy fix?)

:hi: Welcome to the Brotherhood.

I did the Wolff Spring thingy and ended going back to total stock because of issues like yours and others. No issues after I went back to OEM.

:hi: Welcome Brad and Hudson29. Good place to hang around in and learn from.

Hudson, if you go to Wyoming don't settle in Wright. I know a character there that, well let's say ........................?

I have only one season - Summer. So weather has absolutely no effect on my carry options. So there.

Re: Outbags Modular Holster review

I have 20+ of these. Let's say one for each of my guns. It's what they're in when stored or if I go to the range. Can't beat the $14 or $15 price and the outstanding free shipping they have.

RAS is good ammo. It's what I use in all my Maks. No issues with it.

It's a blurry which makes it difficult to see. Look at this link and you may find what you need:

No gun is "safe drop" in your hands amigo. And BTW you are a SA.

Curly - Great info brother. Makes me rethink getting one because of that issue.
