Decided against the P-64
This thread reminds me of that old chessnut, do not use reloaded ammo for duty/CCW because it can be used against you in court (ain't so and if you can give me one court case where it mattered please direct us to it). kjeff50cal A better question would be: How many people who, if they did use reloa...

Decided against the P-64
I believe that, using previous legal findings as a base, the recommended trigger pull is no less than 4lbs DA and SA for self-defense (this is from what I've read and what various lawyers on gun boards have said)... The reason being that any less than that and the opposing lawyer can claim that you ...

Reason for CCW
CZAKboy and Tunnelrat are dead on... I always said that if 9/11 had happened in the '50s or '60s, they wouldn't have made it to the cockpit alive, not armed with blades, anyways... The problem is the liberal politicians have us all wanting to be wrapped in this nice little blanket of 'safety', and h...

HOW TO DISASSEMBLY YOUR P-64
"The ammo comes in 16rd boxes because it was made mainly for sub machine gun "9mm pm wz. 63". This gun has 16rd mags. " Sorry, bartos - the Rak has got 15 rd magazine (1 per gun) for transfer and 25 rounders (set of 3 per gun) for combat. Before the advent of the Vanad (P-83) th...

Range with new P64
On the subject of gloves.....I like to see the guys that want to look like Rambo or some SWAT Team at the range. Most of us older guys just watch and laugh when they have a difficult time finding the target, much less hitting it, LOL Then there are the guys with SWAT gloves and they hold the pistol...

Your P-64 (by date, anyways) should have a round hammer and a slightly less heavy DA pull than the later ones (from what I've been hearing, anyways)... The 11 in an oval is the Warsaw Pact marking for the Radom factory... As for carrying on half-cock: NO... I'd suggest either carrying with a round i...

This, again, makes me glad I live in Indiana (where it's perfectly legal)... So few things do, though, so I guess I was owed one... ;D ;D ;D

gunboards thread
mongo, A very good post where you stated "arguing in internet forums is retarded" and "arguing about guns is retarded". As we know all to well, there are folks on Forums that have a total aversion to certain/some firearms. This is OK, but I don't BLAST the firearms I don't like ...
