JHP Ammo & Glasers
I've shot some Wolf and Barnaul ammo. The flash from the unburned powder is incredible! Not for shooting at night!

Mike of the weird failures
Here's a new problem to figure out: After I got my P-64 back together I take it to the range. Remember, this gun dry fired fine. I load it up. Pull trigger. Nothing. It is like the trigger is not connected. Slap magazine on the bottom. Gun works. Every time I loaded a new clip if I did not slap the ...

Stuck Slide!
Fixed it! I tried to cycle ammo through the P-64 and it would not. Something was keeping the hammer from flopping full back as the slide came back. I took the girl apart AGAIN (getting good at it) and found that part of the whole hammer assembly had not been properly put together after the pin fell ...

Stuck Slide!
I did the Saands modification (hammer spring replacement with 16# PP spring) tonight on my P-64. While I was merrily working, the trigger pin came out and the shaft that the hammer spring rides on came out. I put it together once wrong (gun wouldn't cycle) and disassembled it again and apparently go...

P-64 and Walther Grips
Does anyone have access to a Walther PP or PP/K or PP/KS, etc.?
On one web site they showed a P-64 and Walther PP/K side by side and the grips looked very VERY similar. Might aftermarket grips for the PP/K work on the P-64?

How do you conceal your P-64?
Well, I haven't gotten mine yet (arrgh!), but I guess I'll carry it like my Glock 27: a fanny pack, Smart Carry (the old "Thunder Wear"), an ankle rig, or a IWB holster. Since I'll be schlepping it mostly to/from work the fanny pack will dominate.
