Re: Buffalo Bore, who has used it?
I have shot Buffalo Bore ammo in a couple of .45's but not in any other caliber. The guns seemed to react normally but the downrange evidence suggested something a tad bit meaner. The rounds being shot were 165 grain I believe and were definetly louder. I have been looking for some of the Buffalo Bo...

Re: Grip 'n' Group
Why is that a shame? I feel underdressed, almost naked without one riding on me.

Re: Grip 'n' Group
Try Outbags IWB holsters on Amazon. Made for the P-64. Mine fit very very nicely and impressivly well made for $25.00. I am extremly pleased with mine. Course the Uncle Mikes rigs work very very well too. Cheaper and thinner but you have to use 2 hands to reholster and they are a fabric so they will...

Ok, as promised here are pics of the sights, before and after some touchup with neon nail polish. I do this to all my sidearms.

Re: Grip 'n' Group
4rum,
What did you think of the feel with the grip in place? I really like the palmswells, fills the hollow of my palm really well. And did you think it helped with recoil? I think it does a bit.

LOL!! If he's like any of my buds he will question you with a raised eyebrow. Until he see's what it does for sight visibility and then they stop giving you crap. In fact I found some on clearance, .99 a bottle, and bought some for 2 of my buds and they never even raised an eyebrow when I gave em to...

Re: Looked at a Taurus PT111
Mike I hope it breaks in too so you can be as happg with yours as I am. Go to the local beauty supply store and ask them for the neon orange and green polish. It is surprisingly cheap and, o ce you mix it well, can easily be applied to the sights. I use a toothpick and fill the white dots with the n...

Re: Looked at a Taurus PT111
Glad you gave her a chance Mike. I too had issues getting the mags loaded to full but after being fully loaded for a couple of weeks they seem a bit easier. But a mag loader is still required. They say never trust a gun fully until 200 to 500 rounds have been through it as all the parts are getting ...

Re: Got Mine Yesterday
I believe the one you want is #5176 for the TCP. I have the 5177 for my Tautus Slim 9 and it is larger than the one on my P-64.

Re: Slide recoil spring
I have found the 20lb spring to assisst with positive loading, help soften recoil and hopefully lessen frame battering and still have a slide I can rack without causing a hernia.
