I have not used Gun Kote but have done my P64 with Alum-hyde. it worked great . I used a toaster oven for heating and curing.although they say it isnt needed I got the toaster over at yard sale for 2.00 that was before I made up my stove pipe oven(thread here somewhere) only trouble is even after it...

I have one of the Firestorms made by Llama.it is a neat 45. no problems at all,eats everything ,shoots great.Really like it,more then I thought I would..Back to the Taurus my only regret is I didnt get one when they first came out. was there a lot number. the company might not do anything(hopefully wrong) but they might appreciate the knowledge of a bad run.possibly a call back...
