i have two p64's one i changed out the springs and it is a great range gun , the other i kept the way i got it and it is fine though i never shoot db only single action.

i have adjusted my rear sight almost to where you have yours to shoot perfect. just take a small screw driver and hammer and tap it where you want it. put a cloth or something between the driver and rear sight.

no luck it is just a little to small, gotta send it back. now back to looking for one

no not reusable that i can tell, so if you need to take off grips could use sharp blade to cut areas to remove grips . I would have no problem just ordering another set my self, i love em.

i think you will love it , great feel looks great . i wanted different grips and then thought more about keeping the gun as stock as possible love the history in it.

I have both also and my P83 is a much better shooter and not a lot bigger to carry either. We have open carry out here no worries either way

I have never found the recoil to be real bad. I think the grip tape helps with your grip so your hand doesn't slide it just makes the gun look better.

my dealer is getting a new gun as i will sell it to them and i get another p83
