Just got a Blue envelope in mail from Atlanta!!!
abwehr, What is the down side to a C&R license? My FFL,also a friend told me I didn't need it, but after reading this "Blue envelope post", I want one real bad. I've only sold two guns in my life, I just buy them and keep them forever. Later Don

bzinggg, Are you old enough to remember the Jockey Club in downtown Amarillo? I got purged there more than once in the early '70s. Later Don

Focusing on your sights
Papabear, I went to the range Sunday and tried some of that both eyes open shooting with scarey results. I don't know where my bullets were going, but my targets came back clean. I only shot one mag that way. I'm going back soon with bigger targets. I also found the "point shooting" articl...

I've seen something that clips to your glasses. I think it might make your glasses a peep sight. Anything to that or is it just something to sell. Later Don

Good Sale - Centerfire System
The FFL just called and broke my heart. Centerfire is out of the laminated M-44s. Fortunately I will be able to console myself when the PA-63 gets here. I'll have some questions. Later Don

Good Sale - Centerfire System
Thanks for the Heads-up. I didn't even know I wanted another Mosin til I saw those M-44 prices. My FEL can't get the order out til Monday, so if I miss the M-44s I'll be forced to buy the PA-63. Later Don

Concealed Carry with one in the tube?
I carry with one in the tube, with the safety on, hammer down. Last year, my brother dropped my P-64 loaded as previously described, on a hardwood floor, from waist high, and it did not fire. This is not a guarantee, but it was an accidental test that we survived. Other than the 10 minute walk back ...

Today I read on MSNBC that Osawatomie, KS is partially flooded. I just wanted to wish Troy well in this ordeal, and on a more personel note, I hope he has put some leather on a tall shelf for my future holsters. Later Don

Trent, Thats as good a deal as I have seen. AIM's price at 200 is good, but when you add

9 Luger shot shells?
The 9mm luger shot shell should be 19mm long. That would be 1mm too long for the P-64. I'm assuming they are the same length as a regular bullet. I will buy some 9 mm shot shells this weekend and try to re load them. Some of you more advanced reloaders might want to step up to the plate and save me ...
