There is a shop that myself and another member of this bpoard went to shop around. I had ,if I remeber 2 or 3 guns on the counter and cash on the counter . I see em around here,De, in 2 gun shops and they are in the 200 to 225 range. they seem to sit around for ever. once in awhile they disappear then come back.. the shop owner says he sells em and then takes em back when people have a hard time with the triggers..

I can agree with your precautionary statements.. as former LEO, and now as an Instructor I preach to students and fellow shooters that Never shoot up all your ammo on the range especially if a remote one. I cant give you an answer to your question BUT I have shot 100s of the ammo without a problem and no bad effects other then it is a little"dirty" .

Absolutly love em both and the P64... all have their nich so buy all three.. I qualify every year with 82 and in the informal practise contests it out shots most every one else better known auto...

I can attest to how well Norm has done these rifles. a few of us were able to get em to the range and they are tack drivers. I had never really thought much about em but they are really works of craftsmanship and art..
