Re: Wolf Hammer springs
I just ordered hammer springs last week and they had recoil springs then. I can't see why they would stop so quickly

Re: Effect of lighter hammer spring on SA
I know what you are talking about. I got my p64 from spawn shop so I know there was at least one previous owner. I have nothing to compare it to as it's my only p64 and I have no way to test the sa trigger pull other than experience with other guns and the options of friends with as much or more exp...

Trigger pull scary lite
I went to the range with my p64 and my Bulgarian Mak to try them out. Both are excellent shooters. I do however have an issue with the P64. I bought it at a pawn shop so I know that someone owned it prior to me as it was cleaned ( no cosmoline on it or in it). I have heard all the stories about the ...

Well I made it to the range with my p64 and my Bulgarian Mak. Both are excellent shooters. I do however have an issue with the P64. If you read my op you know that I bought it at a pawn shop so I know that someone owned it prior to me as it was cleaned ( no cosmoline on it). I have heard all the sto...

Re: I had a feeling this was going to happen!
Well I spent the day de-gooing my Makarov. Now it's all clean & shiny and ready to make its trip to the range Monday. I can't wait! I only picked up 600 rounds of 9x18 ( all they had). Anybody think I should get more?

I had a feeling this was going to happen!
I had a feeling this would happen. Last week I bought my first p64. As I posted earlier, I got a great deal on my gun (I paid $150.00 out the door). I like every thing about this gun ( it doesn't hurt that I am also Polish) and I am going to order some Polish Iron grips this week end. Well I walked ...

Good source grip screw nuts
Hello fellow members. I wanted to give everyone a heads up. I found another good for grip screw nuts. I know that it's already been posted that grip screw nuts can be had at Home Depot or Lowes and that they are m3 with a pitch of .50. We'll I've found another good source for them. Re: barrel bulge
A barrel is cheap! How much is your life worth? Not to sound cynical but if the barrel has a bulge it's as good as a failure. It's just not worth the chance in my opinion. Replace the barrel for your own safety. I would not fire it!

Thanks. This might be a dumb question but has anyone come up with a mag extension? Not for round count but to help with grip?

Re: WELCOME THREAD AND MEM, INFO
I took it to the range yesterday it shoots fine. I was quite surprised with the accuracy out of these all eyes. I did kind of committed a rookie mistake and wound up with that little bit of slide bite. The triger pull on single action is extremely light. Double action not so much . Recoil is fine I ...

Re: WELCOME THREAD AND MEM, INFO
Hi I just joined after getting shortly after getting my first p64 11/10/16. I've had my eye on a p64 for a while just didn't have any spare cash. Turned out to be for the best as I found 1 for about $130. Cheaper than the one as had my eye on. The one I bought was made in 1975. Anything special I ne...
