Re: So where did they all come from ?

Well, I think its more of a political question as to why so many of these were produced int he 1970s in Poland. You have to look at that period of time in Poland to fully understand it too. The Polish Riots of the 1970's are well documented. The protests were sparked by a sudden and massive increase...

Re: New guy with a new (to me) P64.

The P-64 recoil is what I would describe as "snappy", its not hard at all.

It compares to my old Kahr PM9.

Re: Please help a frustrated Newbie

Start shooting close in first as Curly suggested from 10 to 21 feet. Have someone else shoot the pistol and see what type of groups they get as well. My P-64 is phenomenally accurate. But not tooting my own horn, I'm a good shot. Been shooting many, many years now and have carried a gun as part of m...

Amazingly accurate!

WOW! My little P-64 got some range time today and WOW!!! Golf ball sized groups at 21 feet with little effort on my part. I replaced the springs with Wolff Springs so DA trigger pull was modest but nice and the SA was on par with my 1911! Recoil is what I'd call "snappy", not hard ...

Re: P-64 Rear Sights?

I'm starting to think this might be normal.

Many others on several C&R forums as well as a pistol web site or two seem to report the same or similar on their guns.

As long as they don't start roaming around I'm okay with it.

P-64 Rear Sights?

The rear sights on my P64 are slightly to the right, looks like whomever put them in didn't drive them all the way in. I tried to move them with a hammer and punch and its alot easier said than done. Thinking I might be doing something wrong I hit google, did a search and found several folks talking...

Re: Light primer strikes with Wolff springs?

I just installed the #18 and the DA is wonderful, where it really should have been.

The SA... WOW!

Think custom 1911 target trigger...
