New Zee grips arrived today for ze P64!
well actually, I spent time in Germany, France, Belgium, Holland, Greece, Spain, Netherlands, England, and Turkey... but not Checkoslovakia (as it was called in my day). My dad was AIr Force, and that area was off-limits! Lots of un-friendlies carrying weapons and not so many warm-and-fuzzy feelings...

recieved P-64 #2
Pitting doesn't neccesarily mean active rust. It's totally up to you: it would never hurt to get some #0000 steel wool and hit the rough spots, and use some cold blue treatment. Once the area has been hit really well with the wool and treated, it should be "re-sealed" and at least it won't...

P64 from local dealer....nice!
Congrats to you on what appears to be a well-researched and thought-out purchase! For those of us already in the P64 fold, welcome! There are springs available for those that find the DA pull a little too harsh, but I have left mine stock. I want the first pull of the trigger to require determinatio...

New Zee grips arrived today for ze P64!
I ordered a set of Zee grips for my P64, and they arrived today...I had a strange request, asking for a Russian Red grip, wanting my little Zak to have more of a Makarov look to it. Very nice fit, feels just like factory grips, perfect alignment, no slop or slipping, just dead-on perfect. Could not ...

Picts comparing P-64 to other pocketable pistols?
Someone sent this to me, and I have learned a lot from it by comparing other pistols to each other. Perhaps someone could measure the trigger/backstrap and overall length of the P64 and see which of these pistols it is closest to in size. Once we pick a suitable "clone", the comparison to ...

Picts comparing P-64 to other pocketable pistols?
THere is also a post I made comparing the P64 to the Glock 26. Thickness was also the most revealing issue.

Sources for CZ82 molded nylon/leather rig?
They say it will fit perfectly, so I have one on the way. I will post pics and review when it arrives: leather (brown) and molded to the gun for a tight fit... if it doesn't fit, it will go back! Oh, I spoke with Chris (dick funk) and he has no plans to produce rigs for the CZ82. So he is not an opt...

No offense intended to the OP. but it sure seems to this old-timer and not by any means up on the latest gun styles and innovations, that the XP is a knock-off of the Glock. I own both the 19 and 26, and while they will never win any style awards, they are the most durable and dependable guns I have...

Sources for CZ82 molded nylon/leather rig?
Be sure to post a note when you find one! It would make searching much easier to know what other models might also fit the CZ82. I am specifically wanting a molded holster... I hate the nylon one-size fits all holsters... the molding does a great job securing the gun, but it has to fit correctly! (N...

Sources for CZ82 molded nylon/leather rig?
I finally bit the bullet, not wanting to find that there were no CZ82's left in stock at J&G, and ordered one. I opted against the hand-select, altho they had a whopping 9 pistols left in that category, and went the cheaper "good" version... I should have it by the end of the week. So,...

I just got my IWB holster in from Chris/Dick Funk, and the mag carrier would be a great addition! I will post a few pics soon.
...and you made this? and you aren't offering them for sale?
I think you may need to re-think that one! Looks awesome!

New molded nylon P64 holster: pics
No, the way the belt slots are made will only allow the belt to run behind the holster, in a strong-side carry. If you are thinking you could run the belt outside the holster, sort of like an IWB rig, you can't. The belt slots have a sort of over-hanging flap that would prevent you from running the ...

See my GLock 26 vs P-64: closer than I thought!
My pleasure: I have to admit, I was VERY surprised the G26 made it pretty close! I thought the P64 was way smaller than the Glock, but it turns out the P64 is just thinner, and MUCH easier to conceal. The Glock is almost the same length and height, but the P64 wins hands-down when it comes to IWB or...
