I really wasn't looking for, or planning on getting a PA-63 right now.
I found one with the recoil, trigger, and firing-pin springs already replaced with 2 mags and a cleaning rod for $140.
I felt obligated to buy it.............

It appears that they are new, but I can't say for sure. Here is the description: Excellent condition Polish P-64 in 9x18 Makarov. Bore is bright with good rifling. Comes with 2 mags.
