Is it safe? I'm a little hesitant on +p rounds in general except for the .38 +P, and am definitely concerned about +p rounds for the P-64.
Do you know any specs like muzzle energy, FPS and such???

It's illegal to discuss employment other than to verify legnth of employment. This has been the case for many years. A potential employer can run a background check to verify this information and probably would never contact the previous employer.
