I have also used a leather glove to avoid the slide slipping while trying to assemble.

Charter arms Bulldog 44 special snubby, it's light weight and built for short range with impact power.

Possible limp wristing on those few rounds but I would continue to run more rounds thru it to see if it shakes out.

Pay attention to your grip to insure not limp wristing.

Have someone else fire it also.
