P64 or SMC 918?
I ordered the Wolff recoil spring for the Polish P-64 http://www.gunsprings.com/index.cfm?pag ... D=1&mID=49 choosing the stiffest (22#) and trimmed it about 3/4 coil to fit.
I doubt that you need stiffer magazine springs.

New springs didn't seem to help trigger much.

which is smaller 63 0r 64
The Polish P-64 is smaller, shorter barrel/slide/grip. It's a bit heavier as it has a steel slide and frame while the Hungarian P-63 has a steel slide and aluminum alloy frame. Grip is about the same depending on whether you have the original military/police flat panel grips or the import required t...

Polygonal Rifling?
GLOCK ADVANTAGE BARREL PROFILE Solid, cold-hammered barrels with Tenifer surface treatment and rounded (hexagonal or octagonal) interior profiles offer numerous advantages to the user. GLOCK barrels are considerably easier to clean and maintain uniform precision even after a high number of rounds. ...

P64 or SMC 918?
I think all the springs will interchange between the PA-63 and the SMC-918 except for the recoil spring.

Have you checked your recoil buffer for wear? It could be starting to disintegrate and jamming things up.

Polish P-83 Wanad at J&G Sales
Here's the link to the one I won at Cowan's Auction a year and a half ago. Bid of $200 was the high bid plus 15% buyer's premium equals $230. With shipping and FFL transfer it came out to about $270 with three mags. http://www.cowanauctions.com/past_sales_view_item.asp?ItemId=59057 It has a "mo...

I know of two people, myself and some gun writer, who had filings fall out of their upper right side teeth after shooting the Kel-Tec Subby with a proper cheek weld. I use more of a lower jaw weld.

That's the version I own. Glock .40 mags.
Works great.
The 9mm has the advantage of cheaper ammo and flatter shooting round though.
