Re: Noob (Info best way to buy)
Actually there is one in the WTS section with what looks like the custom Marschal grips replaced, springs added and 3 mags. And early round hammer. http://www.p64resource.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=4670 When I first read his post, this was what I immediately thought of. That is a pretty darn...

I don't bother reading them if they don't regardless of what valuable insites might be buried in there.

Add a P-64. It will not make the decision any easier.beasleydano wrote:My favorite trio of 9x18 shooters- Bulgarian Makarov, Wanad P83 & CZ82. It would be hard to decide which one I like best.
Nice looking trio.

I love this feedback. I just mailed mine in on 3/9. I hope I have it back by 4/15, based on your feedback.

Re: AIM CZ82 review
Thanks for the review. I have two of these coming from Aim. I hope to have them tomorrow. I have a call in to my FFL to see if she has received them yet or not.
Yes I need my 03 C&R. As a matter of fact, I filled the forms out today, and will drop it in the mail tomorrow.

Re: Cold Blue Newbie
I had a friend that sporterized an old non matching milsurp. I believe it was a Mosin, but it has been years since I saw it. It really turned out good and he used the oxpho blue. Not really sure what procedure he used, but while looking around for somre information on CZ-82's the other day, I found ...

Re: Had to do it.
If yours shoots as well as mine does, you will not have any problem qualifying with it. Have you decided on a holster? I am using a Don Hume IWB for a Makarov. There is a little play in the thumb break over the hammer. I put a small piece of carpet in the bend to hold it tight. Other than that it fi...

Re: A great holster for your P64
Just out of curiosity in what situation would you really require a "quick reholster"? If I'm forced to draw my weapon in a defensive situation, it's going to stay unholstered until the threats have been eliminated. If I remove my weapon to stow it before I go into a "guns banned"...

Re: A great holster for your P64
I ordered one of these last Thursday. It came in yesterday. It does fit the P-64 very good. My only complaint would be that it is not stiif enough for me. It seemed somewhat difficult to re-holster after the draw. It wasn't impossible, but it is nowhere as easy as my Galco that I have for my Makarov...

Re: Polish P 64 mags
To the OP, thank you for the heads up. I ordered 4 and got them Thursday. They insert and lock in my P-64 with no issues. All 4 of them are loaded and ready for my next range trip.
None of these magazines are after market, they are all surplus magazines. Used yes, but in great condition.
