I put about 50-60 rounds out of my M44 on Sun. and I felt great after . The muzzle break and the recoil pad helps alot. I never did mind the P-64, but to each his own. I'm just glad they all are nice to handle now.

Hey Cliff, All I did was disassemble and sand like crazy. The finish on mine was starting to flake when held. It also started to weep after it got warm from shooting. I started with 60 grit paper, not to hard , then cycled down to 320grit. 00 steel wool in between stain and also between tung oil. It...

Rubbing alchol works great also. I dont think it will affect the finish of the pistol either. Not for sure, but it did not hurt mine.

I still can't figure out why a store or business should be allowed to override the state and tell me I can't carry in their store. I understand that this is private property but they still invite you in. If the state and feds have cleared you, you would think that some crappy store wouldn't mind. I'...

Sorry to hear about your luck, I to work at a company that does not allow carry onto their property. My night job is in a bad local so I tend to break the rules, knowing that if I get busted I will more than likely get canned. I have written my reps . in the Government about the laws tabeled this pa...

Garry, Did this cause any damage to your rifle? I was just looking at getting a M44 or 91/30 from Classic and they have some surplus Bulg. ammo. 300 rounds for $37.50 but I dont want to trash a new gun or get myself messed up.
