Pretty much sums up what I saw in my service. I was very glad to have the 1911 near.

I can relate to that. At least the M14 I carried for two years in harms way with a full combat load of five magazines and three bandoleers.

These are some sweet shooting rifles. The 6'5X55 shoots flat and far. That is about as good as it gets. Swedes a quite a bit better and as always I'm more comfortable behind an Enfield.
