Just yesterday I dropped at the same pawnshop 2 months ago and there I still see the same Unissued 1976 P64 with 2 magd plus hardcase. I got to handle it again and boy it is just like mine. I twas priced $269 , you know Pawns exaggerate their price. I wondered why it didnt sell that long. Maybe peop...

If I intend to carry the gun fo rCCW, I will carry it in Condition Three, no round in chamber. Will only full load mag x 6 rds of Barnaul 95 HP and practice Israeli style draw. Nondominant hand cocks slide on quick draw then do a two handed stand. Doesnt take much vs a chambered rd in Condition One....

Will not decock, broken

Hi, i emailed the seller and asked if they will sell other parts but up to now got no reply. As for now the best is use jbailey idea and limit dry firing. that holds true to all handguns and firearms esp old discontinued ones like the P64. Others buy a second one in reserve to use as parts replaceme...

Will not decock, broken

Again this is something for all P64s to be aware off. Do not overdo your dry firing bec these arent full proof babies. From the way the broken part looks it is soft and weak. I guess the best is not to use the decocker as it will weaken the metal. I will from now on use some form of cushion, a great...

Good news I called the seller and they were accomodating. All I need is send the slide and brokenpart back and they will replace it. My advise is buy another gun for parts repalcement purposes while the prices are cheap.
