Re: Flash Sale Casuality
I picked up a set of Marschal's that were in his "ready for shipment" lot. It took about 8 days or so to receive them. I was actually astonished at the shipping time from Budapest, Hungary. This isn't my pistol, but those are my grips. They are wonderful. The fit and finish are fantastic. ...

Re: New to P64s and jazzed!
If the safety is off and a round is in the chamber, a violent shock could possibly, though very improbably, cause a round to fire. If you were careless enough to have a negligent discharge that way, you would probably have already found an easier and more likely way to inadvertently shoot someone. ...

Re: New to P64s and jazzed!
Thank you for the feedback. I really love this pistol. The only thing I added were the wood grips. They seem to help with the recoil. But the recoil really isn't that bad. I am truly amazed by the accuracy of this little pistol. It is stunning actually. How is the P64 not "drop safe?" With...

Re: New to P64s and jazzed!
Well, I shot her today for the first time. I put a 100 rounds through her in stock configuration. #1. I didn't find the recoil to be that bad. I was expecting much worse. I will say that after 100 rounds, the web of my hand was a little raw, but it took about 75 rounds to really feel it. I think I m...

Re: New to P64s and jazzed!
Thank you much for your careful assessment. I got my Marschal grips yesterday. It took 10 days from purchase to receive them. They are beautiful and fit the pistol like a glove. I didn't notice any hang ups or binding of any sort. I am going to shoot the stock grips first, but I will definitely give...

Re: Classic Firearms flash sale
If I had known the condition of my pistol would be like this, I would have bought one more -maybe two. Probably one hand pick, and one not.

Re: Flash Sale Casuality
Mine looks identical to yours. I would say unissued, and possibly hardly fired if at all. The safety even feels like it hasn't been broken in yet. I don't see really any wear on the bolt face or feed ramp. Magazine looks mint. I see maybe a slight (and I mean I am looking really hard) bluing smudge ...

New to P64s and jazzed!
Greetings all, New to P64s and the forum. I said "Hi" in the new member thread, but hello again. A few things I wanted to mention/ask. I got a new to me P64 from Classic Firearms. $180 with the $20 hand pick. I would say the pistol is in the 98% to 99% condition range. Mirror bore. Magazin...

Re: Classic Firearms flash sale
I just picked up my first P64 from Classic Firearms for $180 + $20 for the hand pick. I will say the firearm looks about 98% to 99%. Mirror bore. No real signs of use except maybe an ever so slight loss of bluing smudge on the front of the frame. Magazine looks mint. I still have to clean her up, bu...
