dickfunk,
Have you had a chance to try any other ammo in your P-64 since the last "outing"? This really was odd for the casing to bulge like it did. From the reading I have done on the pistol, this is the first case of ammo problems.

Well guys, missed another one! I have a good excuse this time, I was watching the Clemson & South Carolina football game last night! I was a "happy camper" at the end of that game (I am a Clemson grad as you can tell). Two good teams and a good game; especially since we won, LOL!

Manual Question
Are any of you guys aware if there is a Polish Military Manual for this pistol? If my memory serves me correctly, I seem to remember seeing a Polish Manual on the web somewhere when I first got my pistol and was looking for info on it. It would be nice to have a copy of this one too, even if it is i...

Were there any new Revelations disscussed if there was a chat?

Touching up the bluing
I like the Oxpho-Blue myself! I have never tried one of the pen kits, but for little scratches, it sounds like the thing to use.

Thinking about a shoulder rig
That is a nice looking rig! It sure does beat that "crummy" shoulder holster for the Makarov. I have several of those thinks with the narrow canvas straps, the cheap leather, and that little clip for the belt or pants!

EBAY P64 holster...
Well guys, I was wrong! When I got home last night, the package was NOT the holster; BUMMER! The box was close to the size of what the box with a holster would be so I guess I jumped to a conclusion too fast. Once it does arrive, I will post the condition. On another thread, the holster is shipping ...

Give a warm welcome to saands
saands,
Welcome to the Forum!!! Since purchasing this great pistol AND finding this Forum, it has been a great help to all of us with this "redheaded stepchild" of a pistol; FOR NOW! I thin it will continue to gain a following and this Forum certainly can help.

EBAY P64 holster...
When I talked to my wife last night, she said I had a package and it was my holster! I think it has been on order about 1 to 1.5 weeks. I never got any confirmations from the Vendor either. As soon as I get home, I will report on how it looks. The "Buy Now" price was really not bad since y...

The Magazine Issue
Hey Guys,
I was not sure if I could get to the Forum or not, but I have my satellite link going; slow, but going!
"dickfunk" is right, this is a fine little pistol! I don't shoot much double action anyway, so I have no problems there, the single action is sweet.

Did I almost blow my gun up?
Man, that is not prettty! How does a round look when you manually seat a round into the chamber (pistol disassembled of course)? does the rear of the cartridge stick waaaay out? It almost appears that the round is still in the barrel when the case is being pulled out and the pressure is still high. ...

Holser options
I am glad you guys posted the DANGER of leaving a pistol unprotected in a holster. The chemicals used in the tanning process are not good for metals. Also, the leather will draw the oil off the metal. I usually keep spare magazines with the holster, but I do what "fjblackesq" does; oil wel...
