I can't help but think there are crates of lonely P-64's in Poland, waiting for a good home... That's a nice thought--hope Poland is not like France--I read once that there were warehouses full of those Mdle 1892 revolvers, just sitting around waiting to be exported or whatever--and the French chos...

rtroha = interesting comment about gun control. or lack thereof, in Canada,---where did you get that info?????? I don't know about rtroha, but that info has been the subject of much discussion in Canadian newspapers, and is likely one of the reasons the Liberal party was voted out in the last elect...

Let me ask a similar question re the hammer spring--If you carry "cocked and locked' for--well, for essentially all the time, will it impair the hammer function?

I'd have to think about that one, guys--Felons don't lose their First Amendment rights--perhaps, how about the convicted sex offender who broke his parole by writing about having sex with kids--but they lose their right to vote, and i am not terribly unhappy about that--otherwise we might be dealing...

Price check on "Aisle 64"
Just to let ya'll know ( I also mentioned this on another thread)--There is a shop here selling a p-64 for $159--he also sells those little Zastava Mod 70s for $135, and has a postwar P-38, with holster, cleaning rod, extra mag for $289 I think. The P64 is in good shape, but the plastic mag floor ex...

Actually, the ass's jawbone was Samson's weapon--except when he was using his bare hands (Try outlawing THOSE!) No one knows what Cain used to dispatch Abel--but the point is the same, and well taken.

What does your P-64 do?
Well, I don't believe what happened--Just went to the gun shop where i picked up my Zastava, there were two more there--still $135--and, yep, one P-64 at $159--If I can just scare up the down, I may have it put aside for me...

I have to say--The first time I saw the "Mexican carry" in action, it was on an off-duty police officer--He had this big ol' 1911 stuck in his jeans, butt-forward on his left hip, and I thought--That has to be killing him! ( those jeans were tight, and he was sitting down...) But both my M...

Well, consider me "semi converted"--I sometimes wear some Army-surplus BDU pants I picked up to play paintball in--Pocket carry works great in them, even with my Mak--I keep my hands in my pockets too, so the pistol doesn't get "lost" in the pocket Carry methods are a bit like re...

Hey Tunnelrat--glad to find someone else who does the "just stick it inside the waistband" thing! LOL! I have an admission to make--I don't own a P-64, I joined here to find out more about them--I have a Mak--East German--and I love it, but it is now in the family vehicle where the wife ca...
