I have no idea, but I have always really liked the old WW1 style helmets. That was $1 VERY WELL SPENT!

really like that rifle, Trent. Sounds like a great buy, and I love the gas tube and flash hider! That crack should fix just fine, and you'll have a heck of "what's THAT?" gun at the range!

manicmechanic,
I really like your new toys....especially that Howa. I've heard that they are a great bang for a reasonable buck. Let us know how she shoots once you get that scope dialed in.

Coupon code
Dickfunk, It doesn't work. I went to the site, put a P-64 in the cart, entered the coupon code.....and in the CART it worked. I wanted to send a MO, so I called just to verify that it would be OK to do so (it even has an option in the cart to use MO). I called just a few minutes ago, and spoke to Su...

P-64 Magazines?
3rd Pig I know exactly what you mean. I bought a Golani Galil from J&G several months ago. It came with one VG to Exc condition mag. Every other source on the net and in SGN sells that Galil with TWO mags.....one VG mag, one FAIR mag. J&G sells single Galil mags in "FAIR" condition...

Trent, That is GREAT! I have been eyeballing a G3 copy for months now, and think that I may have found the one for me. I'm right with you......I love the green furniture on a G3. As for the Federal Arms receiver: I think they're built like tanks. They are cast, instead of stamped sheet metal like th...

P-64 to the gunsmith....bummer
Don't know if it has the original springs or not, Manicmechanic. Like I said, this one was a "pre-owned" P-64, and had obviously been shot since it got into the US. So I don't know whether or not it had been tinkered with. My gunsmith called early this morning, and said that he didn't see ...

P-64 to the gunsmith....bummer
I bought a P-64 for a great deal off of Auctionarms.com back some time ago. It was missing the trigger guard, but no big deal....I live 15 minutes from TN Guns. So Ryan hooked me up with a trigger guard, and today I finally took it to the range. I loaded up a mag with 6 rounds of 94 gr. FMJ Brown Be...

Not sure if this one says "RIOT" on the barrel.....I just won it on auctionarms last night. I think that it does, though.

New Home Defense gun
Well, I've always kept my Para Ordnance P-14/.45 loaded with a full 14 rounds of .45 for home defense.....but have decided that I need a good old scatter gun. I have several shotguns: 12ga Ithaca SxS 12ga Savage 720 (auto-5 copy) 16ga Belgium Browning Sweet 16 20ga Winchester Model 12 But all of the...
