I have 1000 rounds through mine, the only thing it does is polish the spring and the inside of the slide.

Speaking of CZ-52 ammo, have you tried any of the custom 7.62x25 ammo from Reed's Ammunition?
I carry his 110 grain softpoints in my CZ-52 for all manner of vermin.. ;)

Is that what's known as "Parkerizing"? PshootR yes. the slide on the P-64 is so farkin hard that Manganese Phosphate is the only parking that will hold. But it holds well. I soaked it in Remoil and wiped down the excess and I will guarantee you it will hold up better than most moly coatin...
