I have a 1968 and wondered how old it might be compared?Mine has the round hammer,of course,reddish hammer and a reddish ejector on the slide,red chamber indicator,and red trigger bar.This is the only one I've seen like this but I haven't seen any others as old or older...(I'm kinda new at P-64's)

Has anyone resized any 9mm luger brass to work with a Makarov?I noticed that the diminsions are pretty close and it seems to me shortening the brass and putting it through a resizeing die it should work.

I've bought a knockoff mag before for a 1903 Colt and ended up throwing it away.Those mags for the '03 Colt sell for $75 a piece,and the knockoffs were $29. I ordered 6 and stayed under the weight limit for the cheaper shipping cost to go FedEx and get shipping for $5.07..my total was $64.77,,,not bad if you ask me.

Thought I'd post one of my first post on this board and let you guys know I found a site that sells P-64 mags for $9.95 and the shipping is reasonable too.
